Yoga for Longevity & Injury Prevention

Led by a yoga-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy, this vinyasa-based class bridges modern biomechanics with mindful flow. Dr. Harte teaches the why behind each posture—proper body mechanics, intelligent muscle activation, and smooth, safe transitions—so you build strength, mobility, and resilience while protecting your joints and connective tissue. Expect an educational, empowering practice that leaves you feeling informed, grounded, and energized.

Outcome: injury prevention, improved movement efficiency, increased flexibility, and tissue mobility and a sustainable practice you can do for decades.

Bands & Beats

This signature strength class is rooted in Dr. Harte’s deep study of what a truly healthy core means—starting with the hips and pelvis. You’ll move through a functional, dynamic circuit using resistance bands set to energizing music, then repeat the circuit three times with progressively heavier resistance. The result is a powerful blend of strength, coordination, and nervous-system retraining.

Outcome: stronger glutes, core stability, improved functional movement patterns and preparation for injury and fall prevention—all while moving to great beats.

From Dr. Samantha Harte

Welcome. I’m Dr. Samantha Harte—most people call me Dr. Sam. I’m a holistic Doctor of Physical Therapy, bestselling author, and keynote speaker devoted to the work that lives at the intersection of science and soul.

My approach blends evidence-based physical therapy and movement science with nervous-system–informed, body-based practices and gentle spiritual integration. The result is care that doesn’t just create insight—it creates embodied healing and lasting change.

With over 25 years in the health and fitness industry and 17 years of sobriety, I understand healing from both sides—personally and professionally, physically and spiritually. I’ve chased quick fixes and external validation until my body and spirit could no longer sustain it. I’ve seen what happens when care is rushed, fragmented, and disconnected from the human experience. And I’ve experienced trauma-informed, integrative care that quite literally saved my life.

That contrast changed everything.

I’ve witnessed what becomes possible when people feel truly seen, supported, and safe enough to change—not just their habits, but their relationship with themselves.
